and materials. Wear is not guaranteed unless it is part

Get To Know Your New Shoes:
We recommend that you try on your shoes or boots indoors on a carpet
to see if there are any fitting problems or defects.
Returns and Exchanges:
When returning or exchanging merchandise, please indicate
the reason for your return on the packing slip. Enclose
the packing slip, with the merchandise, and send it to the
address provided below. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will refund you the cost of the merchandise only. Shipping costs are not refundable. It is a good idea to get a tracking
number and insurance when you return your merchandise.
